Terms and Conditions:

  • If you have any Under 16's in your party then we can accommodate them in the "Blackbird" room only
  • Up to two additional Single beds can be placed within "Blackbird" room, but a £20 per bed per night supplement will be applied
  • Standard Room Tariff is £80 per room per night, £50 per room per night Single Occupancy
  • Single Occupancy is NOT available on Bank Holidays and weekends of July and August
  • There is a minimum of 2 nights stay on Bank Holidays and weekends of July and August
  • Minimum Deposit is 1 nights payment with option to make payment in full
  • Deposits will be manually refunded in full if notification received and reservation cancelled 3 days prior to stay
  • Where notification received and reservation cancelled less than 3 days prior to stay, deposits will be retained for future stay
  • We are closed annually for Winter as a Bed & Breakfast at the White House during Christmas and New Year
